A historic neighborhood in Maadi. It is divided into 3 areas: Tora Al-Balad, Kotsika, and Tora Al-Cement. Among its most famous landmarks are Tora Prison, the Abdel Moneim Riad Mosque, which was founded in 1969, and Tora Al-Cement, in which the Tora Portland Cement Factory is located.
