A field visit by Board of Directors of the Housing Association to the land of Badr Pearl 2 project, with 5 residential buildings for the employees of the Egyptian Company for Metro Management and Operation


Upon “Engineer Ali Al-Fadali - Managing Director of the Egyptian Company for Metro Management and Operation”, and “Engineer Khaled Sabra – Cairo Metro CEO” directives , the Board of Directors of the Housing Association for Metro Workers headed by “Mr. Ahmed Abd ElHady - Official Spokesman and General Manager of Media and Public Relations”, “the accountant Mohamed AbdelMotalb - General Manager of Financial Affairs and Vice President of the Association”, “the accountant Ashraf Tahoun - executive general manager and treasurer of the association” , and “the accountant Shabl Madi - the association’s secretary” made a field visit for Badr Pearl 2 project for the metro workers, with a land area of 2.25 acres (approximately 9645 meters). It is planned to build 5 residential buildings each building is consisted of 6 floors divided into a garage, 2 elevators, and 4 apartments on each floor. In a related context, it is mentioned that the land for the (Badr Pearl 2) project was officially received from the General Authority for Building and Housing Cooperatives on November 19, 2022, where an iron fence was placed to define the borders and area of the land, and sign with the name of metro Housing Association was placed. Badr Pearl 2 is an integrated services compound with security and it includes commercial malls, schools for different educational stages, an integrated medical center, a mosque, public gardens and a walkway. It is noteworthy that the entire Board of Directors is exerting a huge efforts to achieve a remarkable achievements, and it’s about to finish the advisory work and to obtain the necessary licenses to start the construction work which is scheduled to be completed within three years from the starting date of the construction. It is worth noticing that in a previous visit “Dr. Hamed Al-Marakibi – General Manager of the Medical Department”, “Accountant Ahmed Bahaa - General Manager of Crises management”, “Accountant Taha Abdel-Fattah from department of Supplies and Warehouses”, “Accountant Reda Hassan - Inspector from passengers’ revenue collection department”, and “Accountant Mohamed Khairy from the Medical Department” praised the distinguished location of the project. In conclusion, Board of Directors of the Housing Association extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to all members of the association for their cooperation, and hopes to complete project delivery as soon as possible and continues to serve all members always and forever and work on more upcoming projects, God willing.
