The Egyptian Company for the Management and Operation of the Underground has announced the start of extracting the subscriptions of male and female students at all educational levels Starting from Saturday, September 24, 2022 until the completion of the extraction of all subscriptions for all students inside the subscription offices of the three lines, with the start of submitting the subscription form for students as of Friday, September 16, 2022 at all ticket exchange offices in all three line stations and throughout the operating hours from 5:30 Am until one in the middle of the night, in addition to buying it from inside the subscription offices. Where the company clarified in its statement that in order to facilitate it for our students, work will be extended to extract student subscriptions from Saturday, October 1, 2022 for a period of one month throughout the week, including Fridays and official holidays from seven in the morning until eight in the evening, and it will be operating on Friday only from eight in the morning until four in the afternoon until the completion of the extraction of all subscriptions in full.The company added that the subscription offices on the three lines have been allocated to work on renewing student subscriptions to avoid crowding in front of the subscription offices, as the offices of the first line stations (Helwan - Ain Helwan - Helwan University - Maadi - Dar al-Salam - Zahra - Al-Shuhada 1 - Manshiyat Al-Sadr - Hadayk ElZaytoun - Ain Shams - Ezbet El Nakhl - El Marg - El Marg El Jadeeda) and the offices of the second line stations (kolyet el zeraa - Elmzalat- Rowd al-Farag - Massarah - Shuhada 2 - Ataba 2 - Dokki - Cairo University - Giza - AlMunib) stations were allocated. The third line (Ataba 3 - Abbasiya - Heliopolis - Adly Mansour) with the allocation of the Ahmed Orabi station subscription office in the first line for employees' children only.the "metro spokesman" Ahmed Abdel Hadi Bakir appealed to the public of passengers to contact us via the hotline service 16048 and also through the number designated for the WhatsApp service 012211116048 and through the official page of the Cairo Metro on the social networking site Facebook and also through the official website of the company cairometro.gov.eg in order to receive all Complaints, suggestions and inquiries related to the metro, with the presence of complaints offices in a number of metro stations that are affiliated with the unified government complaints system affiliated to the Council of Ministers, in order to receive all citizens’ complaints related to all parties, not just Cairo metro.
