With coordination with RATP Dev Mobility cairo for operating the 3rd green line Attaba – Adly Mansour, Egypt's company for metro management & operation for the 1st & 2nd lines announced that on Friday morning 9th September 2022, the first train will be at 5:15 am from Attaba and Adly Mansour stations and the last train from Attaba will be at 11:50 pm and the last one from Adly Mansour will be at 11:15 pm after finishing tests works affecting operation schedule. The metro spokesperson Ahmed Abd Elhady Bakeer calls on the passengers to communicate with us through the hotline 14048, WhatsApp 01221116048, and the official page on Facebook or the official site cairometro.gov.eg for receiving all complaints, suggestions, and inquiries about the metro, in addition to complaints' offices in some metro stations that are affiliated with the unified government complaints system of the Council of Ministers to receive all complaints related to all organizations not only the metro.
